The Four Leaf Clover index presents an “at a glance” high level assessment of a particular vendor’s capabilities and metrics against the benchmark standard.

Each of the four Clover leaves presents a grouping of related assessment benchmarks:

• Maturity
• Size
• Risk 
• Market 

Within each grouping, a vendor’s score against each of seven (7) related attributes is presented as a score between 1 and 5  (where 1 = poor, and 5 = excellent).

The end result is a single graphical image similar to the example below, which depicts a vendor whose offerings and capabilities map very well onto the needs and requirements of a typical firm in the niche market for which the Clover index assessment applies.
